Nurse here, recently crowned Miss nowhere after our European regional gathering in Spain.
thanks muchly to the very awesome Debbie and Suz Q for helping set that up.
i hear that i automaticly qualify for the finals ofd Miss black rock city is that true??
We had 23 countries represented at nowhere this year, so I think that gives me a fair old international mandate to fly the flag for freaky eurotrash playaside this year.
any idea when the miss black rock city event is taking place?? I'm on the playa for 8 weeks this year so I'm sure i can pencil you in for an hour or two.

yes, you automatically qualify for the finals... considering there are no prelims this year :)
you wanna tiara? bring your self reliant self over to the tiara making making workshop at disorient, wednesday afternoon 330-530pm. you want a tiara made by me or an MBRC volunteer? bring yourself over to the main event at the Boogie ARTS Collective, thursday at 5-6pm.
there are no prelims but if a huge bunch wants to participate we may focus on certain individuals more. being Miss Nowhere helps. making it so we cant focus at all helps a bit, too!

God that woman fucking rocks so much, I am taking credit for finding her, as far as the euroburners are concerned, when i was in Iran, She and debbie did an amazing job in hosting Miss Nowhere. I may even consider hosting Miss Kiwiburn when i get to the New Zealand regional in February with your gracious permission of course
wont make the tiara making workshop as I'm doing DPW again this year so will probably be working, but will free myself up for the main event.
Please be sure to let me know what kinda bribes you want brought over from Europe, i have a fucking ton of supporters coming from Europe to cheer on their glorious Eurotrash representitive and they all wanna know what kinda bribes to bring!
In 10 days i shall be on the playa.

Wed, July 25, 2007 - 3:10 PMaw, killagrrrl and i talked of going to the Kiwiburn together! we may still someday, but this year may be too soon. when is it, again? do let me know if you end up hosting, ive got a bunch of tips etc that ive handed off to various hosts which might help. i would also like to make it out to Nowhere someday!

beware, yall... a camp mate of Miss Black Rock City 2006 just wrote "She's actually informed me that she has EVERY intention of fighting to retain her crown for 2007 by blowing you all away at the pageant again. Of course that's something I've completely encouraged!"
