as some of you have already heard, i have just accepted a position as finance manager for the parent company of the company that originally moved me from san francisco 6.5 years ago. this position is also in san francisco. i leave in less than 3 weeks.
can anyone recommend a decent x-country moving co?!
see you sometime after 3/21. needed: 2 bdroom apartment and a place for the cat to stay from 3/21 to 4/1... (and maybe me too if possible?! poor kitty will get lonely!)

Mon, March 5, 2007 - 3:10 PMI used freightncrate to move out of state. The insurance was a great deal, they shrink wrap all your stuff, it all has to be in a boxes, and they fly it to your destination and deliver it when you want it.
They were so helpful and a decent price as well!

Wed, March 7, 2007 - 11:17 AMIf you're not movin' a bunch of furniture, I think Ted discovered that FedEx Ground worked really well. He'd be a good resource for that cross-country move thing - did a ton of research way back when he left the city.
